Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using any services provided by Alanprep LLC, doing business as Prepping Partner ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, enrolling in our courses, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Some services require account creation. You agree to:
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
When you purchase a course, you receive access to course content, any included downloadable materials, and access to included community features for the specified duration.
Foundation Course: Lifetime access to course materials, meaning for as long as the product exists and the platform remains operational. "Lifetime" refers to the life of the product, not the lifetime of the purchaser. If we ever discontinue a product, we will provide at least 90 days notice and offer downloadable versions of core materials where feasible.
Community Membership: Access for the duration of your paid membership period.
Consulting Services: Access as specified in your consulting agreement.
Access is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share login credentials, download or distribute course content except as expressly permitted, or use our content to create competing products or services.
All prices are in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Payment is due at time of purchase. All payments are processed through secure third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal, Kajabi). You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Payment plans are available for select products. By choosing a payment plan, you authorize automatic recurring charges to your payment method on the scheduled dates until the total is paid in full. Full course access may be contingent on completed payments. If a scheduled payment fails and is not resolved within 14 days of notification, course access may be suspended until payment is current. Failure to complete all scheduled payments does not relieve you of the obligation to pay the full amount. Payment plan totals may differ from one-time payment pricing.
14-day satisfaction guarantee from date of purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing [email protected]. Include your name and order number. No explanation required. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued.
Consulting services are non-refundable once a session has been scheduled or deliverables have been sent. Sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hours notice, subject to availability. No-shows without 48 hours notice forfeit the session.
Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of your current paid period. No refunds for partial months.
We reserve the right to deny refunds for abuse of the refund policy, substantial course completion before request, evidence of content downloading or sharing, or violation of these Terms.
All content in our services — including course videos, audio, text, downloadable materials, graphics, logos, and design elements — is owned by Alanprep LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for your personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may NOT: copy, reproduce, or distribute our content; modify or create derivative works; sell, resell, or commercially exploit our content; share access credentials or course materials; screen record, screenshot for distribution, or download content beyond what is expressly provided as downloadable; use our content to create competing products; or remove copyright or proprietary notices.
"Prepping Partner," "LazyPrep™," "SmartPrep™," "MomPrep™," "SneakyPrepping™," "Invisible Prep™," "Prep Spinnies™," and related marks are trademarks of Alanprep LLC. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.
Our services are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alanprep LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alanprep LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
