• Payment information: Processed by third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal). We do NOT directly collect or store credit card numbers.
• Course information: Progress, completion data, quiz responses
• Communications: Emails, form submissions, feedback you send us
• Consulting information: Information you provide during consulting sessions (kept confidential)

4.1 Email Communications

You may request access to your personal information or ask us to correct inaccurate information by emailing hello@preppingpartner.com.

4.3 Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements (such as tax records and CME completion records).

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit (SSL/TLS), secure password requirements, and limited access to personal information. Our services are based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. • Account information: Duration of your account plus 7 years
• Transaction records: 7 years (tax and legal requirements)
• CME completion records: As required by accrediting bodies (typically 6–10 years)
• Marketing data: Until you opt out
• Analytics data: 26 months (Google Analytics default)

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated policy and updating the "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we will send an email notification. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
